The goal of this proposal is to make sure our values align and that you’ll be satisfied with the work we’ve done together.

I like to think of projects with clients are more like an adventure.
On this adventure, we tap into your expertise as a business owner, creative spirit, and empathetic human being. I'll serve as your "helpfun"* guide through all the tech, best practices, and industry stuff, not only setting things up for you, but teaching you how to use the tech in the method you learn best.

My goal for you:
is to feel confident and excited to send people to your website, and to give you the tools and tutorials for you to be able to adjust your content or your strategy down the road.

*Fun Fact:

a client sent me a review after working together, describing me as "helpfun." It was initially a typo, but the client opted to keep it in because they felt it described their experience when working with me.

Ecommerce Arcade was founded to not only level-up the experiences of business owners like you, but also to utilize my own decade-long experience as a creative product-based business owner. That's why I tend to work differently than other agencies or freelancers. Here's what you can expect when working together with me:


I'm a huge believer in creating safe and supportive spaces for learning and collaboration.

You're a creative person, too, and I want to make sure we are honoring your creativity in a way that works beautifully with industry standards.

However, if there are things that I don't recommend based on best practices, I'll be sure to not only tell you the what, but also the why.


I love teaching folks that they are capable of harnessing the very tech that may have frustrated them in the past.

When working together, please know there is no such thing as a stupid question, and there is no shame in asking the same question multiple times.

Everyone learns differently, and you'll receive tutorials that cater to your own style of learning (i.e., video, written, captions on video, etc.).


AKA getting stuff done! Doing the work! Rolling up our sleeves--you name it.

Many clients I work with are capable of getting their website set up and launched, but they are already carrying a lot in their businesses.

You already know how important a website is for your business, and I'm happy to lighten your load and get this project across the finish line with you.

Liana, here's how we'll roll

While we'll be working together to build and launch your project. Here's what you need to know about how this will work:


You'll be invited to your own private Project Hub in Taskade, and if I need content or preferences to design or set up anything we're working on, you might see a request from Content Snare- and you'll be provided tutorials walking you through getting set up and how to use each tool. 

Project Details

Your project is a consulting/art direction/design hybrid with the end goal being you have an established CRM/ESP and brand assets have been implemented on both your website and for all email marketing.

Project check-in
We'll schedule regular check in calls that will be closer to a "working" meeting- we'll walk through things in your ESP together, saving time from having to do back and forth correspondence. 

Turnaround time expectations

While working on any projects or tasks established during your project, I'm able to quickly complete the work if I have as much information up front- this can range from preferences, content including copy and photography, and I'll do my best to request what is specifically needed on your end, including any tutorials if needed. 

The majority of projects that end up delayed or paused are waiting on content or information from clients. This is why I request content and preferences are submitted first- once I have all the information I need, I can complete your project so much quicker! 

🎨 Art Direction/Branding Implementation

• We'll kick things off with a Zoom call where we'll chat about your business goals, values, and mission

• You'll get access to your own private moodboard to help share the vibe and style that is best for your ideal client

• You'll have some homework to complete about your ideal target client

• We'll research and gather various graphic and illustration styles you can utilize throughout your website and emails

• You'll submit the assets and files associated with your brand identity- logo files, patterns and graphics, fonts, etc.

• We'll put all the pieces together so your website and emails will look cohesive and resonate with your target client

• This may require bringing in someone well-versed in Wordpress for development on your website

• We'll test your website to ensure it functions and looks good on a variety of screen sizes and browsers, make any needed adjustments, and then...

• LAUNCH your updated website with all your shiny new assets that reinforce your brand identity

💌 Email + CRM Research + Setup

• We'll kick things off with a Zoom planning call (same one as the call in the art direction section), where we'll hear about your must-haves when it comes to a CRM and ESP (Email Service Provider), your nice-to-haves, and your "icing on the cake" when it comes to your ideal platform.

• I'll get to work researching and testing out the various platforms and report back with the pros, the cons, and which platforms meet your must-haves, etc.

• I'll migrate your contact lists (no more sending emails from your Gmail account!)

• I'll configure all the settings and integrations

• I'll set up the framework of any automations you need

• I'll design a robust email template that you'll be able to use by mixing and matching sections and blocks*

• We'll work on copywriting (and you'll get prompts for this)

* Mix and match capabilities are subject to the limitations of the selected ESP. But they should be better than Flodesk...

• We'll schedule a chat to cover your email automations and adjust them based on your feedback

• I'll set up customized segments just for you

• You'll receive tutorials on segments, campaigns, and more

• We'll launch your automations!

• We'll chat about your customized warmup strategy so you're set up for a healthy sender reputation

• We'll set up your first campaign together and guide you through the warmup process

• I'll keep a close eye on your email and automations performance to watch for any potential deliverability issues

• If you encounter deliverability issues (this is always a possibility when switching ESPs), I'll craft a plan to help improve your status as a trusted sender

In exchange for payment of the price outlined below, I will create and deliver the following items:

Website art direction and implementation

• Updated and branded WordPress theme for OASIS Leadership Network
• Research session(s) and a list of graphic assets or artists you can use throughout your website and email

Consulting, strategy, and implementation for a new CRM/ESP

Research sessions and information covering various potential platforms
Consulting sessions to help guide you through the selection process for a CRM/ESP
Migration of list and segments from Flodesk to new ESP
Setup and integration of new ESP to website*
Customized, branded email template
Construction and optimization of Klaviyo Automations
Segments tailored to your business and audience(s)
Tutorials and Guides
* The details of an integration with Wordpress are dependent on the capabilities of the selected CRM/ESP


Development Caveat

The design and development for your site will be using your existing theme and any builder plugins to implement your brand identity.

A thorough mobile review is included, and the website will be set up and customized for an optimal experience, no matter the device screen size.

Keep in mind that Holly is not a developer and is knowledgeable of only a little bit of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. There may be some features or requests where a developer would need to be hired to implement; this is usually on a case-by-case basis. If the case of hiring a developer is desired, it will be discussed with and approved by you first. This work will be billed hourly and would be outside the scope of work and project invoicing totals.

Packages + Pricing

Art Direction + Consulting

Art Direction throughout the update of your website to implement your branding and assets, as well as direction and guidance for your email migration.

Research and sourcing of cohesive graphic assets for use on your website and emails (in lieu of stock photos).

Consulting and research to support the decision-making process for your new ESP/CRM.


Email Automation Copywriting (optional add-on)

Add copywriting to your scope of work and I'll take care of writing up to 12 automated emails in the voice of your brand.


ESP, yeah you know me

Comprehensive email template design, automation builds and implementation, customized segments, signup form design, account warmup assistance, campaign support and deliverability consulting.

In order to accomplish those goals I require your participation and cooperation -- even if you don't fully understand some of the elements of that participation (which I'll work hard to make clear).
